SERVICE OVER SELF AWARD: In May Charlotte Lowrey-North was awarded a $500 scholarship by the Rotary Club of Greater Bend. Charlotte, now a graduate from Summit High and a student at the University of Oregon, was selected because of her excellent service as a high school ASB Big Buddy.
